Does anyone know where we can launch in North or West Van to fish the Cap?

In West Van. If you coming from east:
from Marine Dr. turn left into 13th St.(50yards approx)
after the rails turn right(40 yards approx),
left on parking.
You are in Hollyburn sailing Club.
But ramp is for smaller boats only!
I think up to 15-16 ft?
