I see that there is a "Coquitlam Lake" on Google NE of Buntzen lake. I have tried to research it but I can't seem to find any real info on it.....just stuff on the Coquitlam river. Is this a watershed or can we fish it?

I would say yes.
There is no mentioning of Coquitlam Lake in the regs (see Region #2 herehttp://www.env.gov.bc.ca/fw/fish/regulations/#Synopsis ) so just the general applies.
However, I have never heard of anyone actually fishing there... Possibly for a reason?

I do not believe you are allowed as it is the watershed.

There is no trespassing in the Coquitlam Reservoir/lake (beginning of the Coquitlam river).
As you drive up Pipeline road, you'll be met by a gate and security. There are no boat launches.
If you want to hike to a spot in the area, try Cypress Lake.
