Hi im on a hunt from Coqutliam to chilliwack for cohos and chum and pinks and Springs , any one catching big cohos in the Vetter yet

This is not a coho year for the Vetter, but there are lots of big pink salmons. I caught 4 yesterday but had to release them cuz they were wild

wow cool did ya use 100 pound braided line ? bobber and worm cool, I was ther all I could catch was sunfish and bass all wild

No pinks in the Vedder this year. Try next year (odd years)
Still lots of chums, cohos and late Springs.

Clarki may have meant coloured coho which go pink or finally firetruck red.
OOps just re-read Clarkies post and am confussed...
Lots of chum in the Stave and Harrison if you are looking for a big fighting fish and still some Chinook in the Vedder. Just remember you cant keep any chum, except 1 in the vedder, but dont take my word for it check the regs yourself.
