Not the most challenging lake, but due to a mudslide and possibly turnover, the lake is very cloudy. My fishfinder showed what i believe to be a suspension of silt about 50ft down. I spent a few hours fishing on Wednesday without even an inquiry. The mudslide may have caused damage to the fish stock.
I have heard that the lake may be poisoned due to invasive goldfish and perch, and once the lake level is low enough, it is probably a good time to do this.
Does anyone have any news on this?

Can't answer your question but thought I'd say hi anyway! Good to see you are still catching all those fish down way!
Would you be interested in an old Seagull OB. It has not run in years , and I mean a lot of years! If you want it let me know when you are coming up Salmon Arm way and it is yours. Maybe try your luck on 10 pound trout in a lake close by. You might still have my email id. If so drop me a note.

Good, Jeff. whenever you find your way up this way let me know. I'm free except May 16th and July 25-30 pretty well. I'll figure out how to catch those big trout once I finish all my work in the next few days. I hate these late springs...all the work at once!
