Are the chum or coho are going to be swimming up the serpentine? if so when?

Yes. Now.
You'll see a ton of vehicles parked along King George Highway, and in the small parking lot, where the highway crosses the river

What salmon are running through there right now, thinking of going tomorrow and dont know what to use

I have never fished there.
I looked at the regulations, which mention Chinook, Coho and Chum. I guess you can catch all three species there. Coho and Chum are just hitting the Fraser and tributaries, so they are probably doing the same there. No idea about Chinook.
Equip accordingly and let us know how you got on.
Opps, sorry saw the date of your post and I was too late. How did you do?

No salmon, but we did switch to a smaller hook and a worm and managed to get a couple bullheads. We did see a few swimming around, and lots of fishermen, and Surprisingly there were a lot of small flounders swimming up and down the river, and there were a bunch of dead one on the bank.

Its just gettin good on the serp and nick big huge wild Cohos,, also at the mouth of the Coquitlam river is doing good too thats my favorit spot too ,,im always down there to just slayin em all
