well at least on Phillips Lk. Yesterday there was about 500 sq. ft last night finished it off.
I suspect a lot of lower level lakes are also free or close to it. this is a week later than last year but 3 1/2 weeks earlier than 2 years ago. If anyone up this way gets to Philips let me know and I will at least come down and say hello if I cannot join you. some big fish but hard to catch.

In my travels today I saw that Joyce and Pillar lakes are still iced over. The boat launch area on pillar is open but it needs a good wind to take the rest off. It will likely be gone on both lakes by the weekend .

Any idea the elevation.

low. Phillips is 1000 feet I think.
