Does anyone know if the parking lot on the east side of the river is still closed by hydro for dam construction? Haven't made my way there for a while... can't find much about it online either. And I know the west side is a gongshow of no-parking signs.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yes, you have to park before keystone ave and walk up.

Same old slog up the road and through the channels. I understand its probably going to continue for another couple of years.
