I downloaded a photo and it "happened" right away. I then changed it to another and it "happened" right away. Did you press the submit button?

I'd be willing to bet it is because your profile picture hasn't been refreshed on your computer.
Go to your "Internet Options" and clear your "cache".
That will refresh your profile picture.

I emailed the site owner about the profile but got no response. Sad, but he does not appear interested in the site any longer. I will try again.

moderator , I don't know if it will help you , but I checked this site from my cell today and noticed that my profile picture is updated , but when I check this site from my desktop - I see the old one .
