Tons of chum jumping everywhere.
Floated jigs and got nothing.
Other 15 guys were spinning, fly fishing, doing everything.
Also got nothing.
Saw one guy snag one and that's about it.
Pretty dissapointing ;(

Odd, if there are a lot showing, you should pick some up. I caught two in the Vedder today and they weren't that visible.

Did you carefully watch were they were jumping and splashing to figure out the travel lane they were using and did you drift that lane. What were you using? I have found short floating a brass Colorado or a purple pink jig are lethal for these fish at that location (the purple/pink works everywhere for chum).

PS thanks for the report.

I've always found them easier to pick up when they are not showing. When they are rising, they usually aren't feeding

They were coming up to the surface/jumping.
Both my dad and I were using pink/purple jigs under a float.
Out of 15 people no one caught one.
Even some pro fly fisherman couldn't get one.

I was there today. lots of people were there than I expected. I saw a couple bottom bouncers caught a few chums, but I did not see anyone with floating/ot fly fishing setup catching any fish.

However, parking space are available on west side of 287st.

More fish showing up and with the rainy days ahead and the numbers should rise. Was there yesterday and landed a couple of nice does. Tons of people and bearly any parking. Hopefully we'll start to see some coho soon.
