Hi caught this fish on a black wooly bugger I tied and was wondering if it's a big rainbow or summer steelhead?

Is that in surrey. Looks like a rainbow. Seems kinda small but fat ( like he gained his weight and size in freshwater ). But what do i know. I check the tail myself
