Do the weirs set up on the mouth of the cap (apparently they are set up already) mean that fishing the upper cap is pointless now?
From my understanding, and please correct me if I am wrong, the weirs basically trap everything that tries to come up river right?
What level would the river need to be at on the Cap Cam for the fish to be able to make it past the weirs/blow them down?
Weather has been rainy but the Cap Cam shows the river hasn't raised past a 1 in a while.. Does this mean the mouth is the best bet/only real option right now?
Thanks!
