Hey I was wondering if anyone new if there was still lots of ice on kawkawa lake in hope

Yes, still lots of ice left. 90% covered in thin ice as of two days ago.

It would be best to call the tackle shops in hope or even Chilliwack dart and tackle and they should have an update.
Depending on the weather, it shouldn't be too long.

Fishing has been pretty good, fish are near the top for the most part.

Was there on Wednesday and the water was boiling with fish. I was fly fishing with a reddish/wine color micro leech and couldn't keep them off. Got kokanee limit and they were great.
