beauty, supose to get rain for next week or more here so hopefully brings the rivers up and more fresh fish in.

Very nice, always a relief when the first one comes. From my experience and from what others are catching fish with, the small patterns are working well in the low waters.
cagey

well done. hope the fishing improves. I am dying to give it a try and escape from all the snow and ice up here .

had a pretty great day at the river yesterday!! I lost a couple and my brother landed a couple..all were hooked up on pink wool trimmed down very small.
makes for a long ass day when you fish from 7-3 then work from 4-1am.
but what the hell..im addicted and do it atleast twice a week..then put in full days on the weekend

this is me trying to rescue a steelhead wrapped up in a fallen tree..lost the fish..saved the gear

compared to my numbers last year.this has been a very slow season for me and everyone else up here...last year I had landed just under 4doz by april...so far this year Ive landed and released 10..no bonking for me this season..

I've yet to break out my switch rod..zo tonight after work im gping to clean and put away my centerpin and break out my flies for some year end swing time..

hope you all had a more productive season..from the reports im hearing the vedder is quite good now !!

tightlines.
