Can you retain winter hatchery steelhead on the Seymour river É have any of you fished that river? and does any one know when winter steelhead generally start showing up there ?

Absolutely no retention, very small run there so don't go out there with high hopes on catching fish.
The regulations are all online to all region 2 fishable waters, I suggest you learn how to read regs and check them often, there's no excuse for not looking them over before heading out.

No retention of any steelhead., trout or char. Very very small run of steelhead. 50-100 fish. Please check the regs before anything. Very easy. A very quick search on Google will give great results.
