So much crap going on these days with anglers. The popular rivers have more fishing pressure than ever before, and with that, many of people are simply un-educated which is a fault on the way our fishing licencing system works.
Can't expect the end user to be change to the system, it has to come from the top down but it hasn't changed in my lifetime..... just more people and less fish.
