Had to sign up to post when I saw that pic, not like these small rivers have huge runs. People who do sh1t like this kill entire runs doing that a few times a week when fish are there.
Obviously a net job, maybe FN but I would still be irate if I saw that in progress.
Been reading here for a while, great little site....

unless somehow we find the real answer lets cut out the racially based blaming.

there has been some open fishing for food purposes.
the fraser river panel reports say how many they caught. most were in the ocean I believe.
