a buddy from work got tired of hearing all my fishing reports..he went out and got himself a cheapo canadian tire flyrod combo..after his first time out he got skunked..so after work we grabbed our rods and hit the flats..I let him fumble around witb his rod while I proceeded to land 2 in four cast ..lol...then I gave him a quick 5 minute lesson..he hooks into two and lands them..we were gone in half hour..he kept his two ..I released 4.
heres a pic of him with his first 2 ever fish on the fly..not bad for a first timer..he is addicted now.
The tug is the drug.
