Get yourself a shotgun and some beer, then head down to the train bridge and slam back the beer and start shootn! If that dont work then get yourself out there as much as possible and practice practice practice.

try some of the local tackle shops in the area your trying to fish. local advise is the best. what river you tryin anyway?
