Has anyone been to stave lake recently ? I was there 3 weeks ago and it was pretty low.. planning to go there this weekend with my larger boat but i am concernd with the water level.

The water level in the chanel freaked me out last time we were there.. the deadheads appeared to be almost where the boat leg could hit them.

Thanks guys
Edzzed

I took my 18ft boat there once and saw a deadhead just to the side of my boat while I was doing 40 mph. It was then that I slowly made my way back to the launch and never wnt back after reading about deadhead hazards there. What will you do if you hit a deadhead and kill your prop or the leg. Gonna be a long night out there.
Hi Speed

was up at stave this morning the water level at the boat launch is way up (lots of water) but you still have to be careful just follow the red and green channel markers and you will be ok
