I just moved to North Van so I could fish the Cap River before work every morning..... But today I was shut out for about the 20th time on that River. I've never had a bite there....EVER! There were Springs and silver Coho everywhere and they were NOT laughing WITH me.
I need some advice, how the heck do I catch a Cap River fish?
I should have taken that job offer in Chilliwack.

Uh, thanks for the insight.
Any suggestions for what I should do once I get there? I'm hoping to hear something more elaborate than "Put a hook in the water".
