I havnt been steelheading for 2 weeks now..I got a couple on my last outing so I ended my season on a high note  ... ended up with 2 on the fly and a couple dozon on gear..probally hooked into and lost twice as many..all in all my 1st season was AWESOME !! looking forward to next winter..a new 7wt switch rod, a centerpin setup new waders and boots are definatly going to be needed...next fall I will order all my gear in bulk..lead,floats n hooks started to get expensive every week..one of my goals for next season will be to swing flies on the vedder for a week (weekdays.lol )..another week till salmon season opens !! cant wait to get on the boat..tightlines.

i think i can speak on behalf of all the members in saying thanks for all of your great reports . have a safe and successfull season fishing. i'll be looking forward to your reports next fall/winter !

the fish boat job didnt happen..so now i am working at a local place smoking fish...its pretty awesome..learning lots about smoking..going to unload my freezer this weekend and smoke/can all my steelhead..yum yum..my dad just bought a 22ft bayliner so we went And bought 3ugly sticks..cant wait till we start getting halibut and lings...should be a great summer...tightlines.
