My cousins are coming next fall from Seattle and am wondering if any of these fished under a float will work for springs. If not what do you suggest. I got to stock up on some gear.

under a float just use wool ties or roe

Those jigs will work good. I used to use just wool, then I wanted to have more nicer looking presentations so I started tying my own jigs and I have had great success with them. Just don't remember for depth with them that they sink with the weighted tip on it. So you depth now is from you float to the jig not to the weight above the jig. just to avoid snagging and hang ups. Tip it with some prawn and you'll be shocked how well it works.

awesome will try some jigs with prawn on the vedder this july to test so i know it will work for the fall!
