I set up one rod with a Gibbs Lake Troll and a pink Wedding Band with artificial Pink Maggots, then I set up the other rod with a shiny new Size 2 #46 Lyman with 1oz slip weights on each. I was getting pushed back into shore while setting my lines and managed to snag and lose the plug (yet somehow recovered the weight). I then tied on a Size 1 #46 Lyman set my lines and trolled into the wind for a little over half an hour and caught a Rainbow Trout that was about a pound. (Somewhat surprised because I was targeting Kokanee). Then an hour or an hour and a half later I caught a nice male Kokanee just shy of 2 pounds when I was just starting to pull my gear in to check my line. Between that I had one bite on the other rod but lost it just shy of the surface. About an hour or so later I caught and released some other ugly fish that reminded me of a cross between a Walleye and a Bass that was just over a pound too. 3 fish today of 3 different species all on the same rod running a Size 1 #46 Lyman plug, with 1oz of weight 25' ahead of the lure and about 60-70 good pulls out.
