| Lot's of water and lot's of salmon, all kinds of species. Just in few hours of fishing I've got 5 Cohos (two hatchery), 8 Chums, 6 Pinks, two springs (25 & 35 lb) and even two spring jacks! Fast current is pushing all the fish closer to the shore. The best way to target Coho is to drift roe (in bags) close to the shore - just 2-3 feet off the shore. Resist tempation to cast further - all the fish is right there by the shore. Best fishing areas are in the upper and middle sections of Vedder River. Tight lines and sharp hooks!
