| Camping at Hicks with friends for the weekend. Rented a nice canoe from MEC($50 for Thursday to Monday). Trolling near the shore where I could just barely make out the bottom (about 15' to 20' depth) with wet fly line(fast sinking)and a brown wooly bugger with lots of tinsel in it. Water was very clear. Visibility not an issue. Caught one 13" and three 10" rainbows. My buddy caught a few from shore with power-bait and worms. Campground was a zoo. Why they let 4 families camp on one site I'll never know. Still, was a fun weekend at a beautiful lake.
