| Very choppy lake around mid-day. Brought a canoe but couldn't use it right away. Fished the area where the river enters the lake in hip waders instead. At first used a medium croc and casting rod, caught 2, 1 worth keeping. Moved to the little bay (on the map with all the fish) and switched to fly rod. Cast out and let the current pull the fly. As soon as the fly starts to sink over the drop off I'd get bites. Very fun and busy 3 hours between about 230 and 6. Lots of small fish but some keepers.
