Located 17 km/11 mi east of Winfield, off Highway 97, the resort is at an altitude of more than 1400 metres (4600 feet) on Beaver Lake. It provides rustic log cabins, some with indoor plumbing, and wood heat. There are private docks on the waterfront. Guests should bring bedding for cabins. Fully equipped suites are located in the lodge with combinations baths. Many outdoor activities are available in the area. Pets are allowed.
