In the same way as before, as long as you have a Disney+ subscription, you can start your viewing party by choosing a title, then pressing or clicking on the Disney Plus GroupWatch icon located on the "Details" tab of series and movies. Three figures in a circle make up this GroupWatch icon.
This will create a URL link to share with up to six additional viewers, all of whom must also be Disney+ subscribers. If you're using a mobile platform, you can also share via social media or text individuals the link. The initial invitations must be created online or via a mobile device like a phone or tablet.
Once it has been generated, press "Start Stream," and you and the invitees can watch from a smart TV, a mobile device, or a connected TV device. Remember to bring the popcorn!
Anyone may pause, fast-forward, or rewind during the GroupWatch. The person who started the GroupWatch session can extend the invitation if you haven't reached your limit at any time by exiting the player and tapping the plus-sign invite button.
