welcome to sharphooks. i am not aware of any north islanders although some have fished there but reside in the lower mainlnd.
whereever they live there are quite a few stealheaders , some very knowledgeable. feel free to share your knowledge and ask questions of others.

Welcome, I love fishing the Quatse River, one of my favorites for sure. I lived on the Island for 16 years and also commercial fished out of Port Hardy for many years as well.

Looking forward to some steel pics from ya, Merry X-mas to ya as well.

wow...I cant believe the bs talk that goes on here...constant running people down and pretending to be the ultimate fishers...some poor guys ask a simple question and it turns into a 20 post banter...i cant believe the flak i got for posting a couple nice fish pics on a thread that is just for posting negative comments....I would like to thank the above 2 folks for the welcome...but i am sooo done here...i belong to a few different forums...dont need this abuse...theres a couple young fellas i feel sorry for..posting a simple question and getting ripped apart....good bye and goodluck....tightlines
