Hey guys
I am heading up to golden ears park for the Canada day long weekend (WOOHOO), and i was wondering about mike like, i have seen the sign and herd the rumors but i was just wondering if it is worth heading up there, if so, i was wondering what kind of fly works the best, i herd that you can only fish by boat really cause it is really boggy, and alos what would be the best time to hit the lake, and one more thing, How is the spring(chinook) fishing going, herd its off and off, Thanks

mike lake is fun to fish. most of the fish are small(under 12") but they're pretty easy to catch. i've had the most luck there fishing a small olive damsel nymph. be prepared to fight your way in and out though, the mud is vicious!!! you'll see if you look at the pics in the trip planner section

hey thanks, one other thing, i have some left over roe eggs from fishing the capilano river, can i use those in Gold creek of is there no point
