Anyone planning a summer fishing vacation should not over look this set of three lakes.Bolean is the biggest lake offering average size of 10-14inch Rainbow trout.You can rent wicked small log cabins along with small 3 man boats.4 if you got kids.The fishing here is excellent.At dusk the lake bubbles up like soup.All you do is troll a fly.The other two lakes you must bring float tube.These lakes are fairly close together 20 min drive from one another.They offer bigger fish.Bolean lake is thriving,there has been no need for stocking scince 1968.Great place to take family and get a great fishing experince.Make sure you book fast because there limited #of cabins available.Also due to high elev.Its 30 deg in the day and like 10 degs at night.Nothing like havin a fire and sippin cold ones.I was brough here year after year as a kid with my best friends dad and the boys.Man those were great fishin trips. Falkland lies bettween Kamloops & Vernon.
