I use my Daiwa rod it's about 9 or 10 feet long, carbon reflex CRX 27A heavy action for recommended 25 pound line and a Daiwa A 400rl reel. It's a tiny bit old but I use it every time for Fraser river fishing. I got this for like 15 bucks at Value Village. I thought it was a steal and am satisfied but I was wondering what the rod/reel is really for? Is this an Ocean rod?
