Author Topic: Shuswap Lake -Seymour Arm

Hey Guys,
Anyone know of any fishing spots on the Seymour Arm in Shuswap Lake?

Hi Ricco50, welcome aboard. I have never fished there so I cannot offer much help, but that whole area is probably decent. You do require a special stamp to retain fish in that lake though, so make sure you have that covered. I have also heard good things about trolling Apex HotSpots in Frog and Darker patterns. Let us know if you have any luck.

trolling bucktails has been good in shuswap. you might want to get down 60 ft or so. i have never fished up seymour but my buddy says where the rivers come in should be a good place to start. if you search the system you will see a post with a map. i believe alex posted it. he , i believe suggested fishing along close to shore back to anglemont closer to where the arms all meet. (i checked and it was alex. check his profile for the map.

Thanks Guys. Much appreciated. I'll be there the 1st week of Oct and will post results.
