Is sockeye roe worth using and curing ?I've got a ice cream pale full of fresh sockeye roe .!

It's crap. You should give it to me.
prunehands did you get a bucket of fresh sockeye roe?

Secret ?? Lol

Prune hands do you want some fresh roe ?

If it were to go to waste,I'd take some off you.I usually only use roe for steelhead so I should be able to pick some up this fall.Thanx for the offer. To answer your question...yes,sockeye roe works fine

It's definetly not going to waste I'm curing it up and hitting the river for springs this year .!! I've just heard so many different opinions ....screw it just going to use it and see what happens that's the best way ..!!
