Author Topic: Fishing at Scale Bar in hope

Fished here today and had tons of bites, only they were mosquito bites while walking down the trail. I saw one guy with a spring on but it peeled off his entire spool. The was way too high still so walking down with the fish would have been a disaster. One step into the river and your knee deep. If you plan to go, make sure you bring some mosquito repellant!!

ill be hitting there as soon as its lower. i wont waste gear there like we do for 1 fish. didnt even think you would get to a fishing spot till later, suprised it wasnt right up in the tree line

Went close to tidal fraser and same thing. Hard to access fishing spots. If you do go i would drench myself in modquito repellant.
