Im probably going to go over to the Port Hardy area this summer around July or August, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any creeks or rivers near there that produce fishing opportunities for Salmon or Steelhead. Ive only Deep sea fished Port Hardy, and i dont know anything about the freshwater fishing there. Ive fished Quatse River once, and caught some rainbows. does anyone have any suggestions , or has anyone fished Quatse River? ps. ( anyone know of any summer run steelhead there?)
