I have fished many times but never salt water, i just recently bought a 12 foot fiberglass with a 10 hp so i have been fishing by the ferry terminal and coal ports around tsawwassen not too far out, how to set up a line for salt water fishing? do i use a floater still?

you probably want to run a dodger followed by a herring cut plug, hoochy or bait buster. if you have a down rigger you should try running it at 30'deep, if you dont have a down rigger try using a 3-4oz. trolling weight. good luck <*)))><
