Failure to Launch...

Was out fishing this weekend on the Fraser, water is still really high due to Freshet. Had to do some hunting and searching for calmer areas where sturgeon may be holding. Dropped anchor in a basck channel around Chilliwack, got 4 fish, 1 over 6 feet. Went down to lower end by Dewdney Slough, got into a couple small guys, fishing seems to be picking up for sturgeon, they are getting more active now and looking for food. Bellies were filling out a litle more then how they looke din the winter. Should be some prime fishing this summer with the pinks running. Cant wait to beat my own record of 8'7.
