Does anyone fish at mill lake right now if so hopw is the fishing, would it be good for fly fishing if so what fly patterns would work well in there im dieing to try my fly rod i just got and i want to go somewhere this weekend please help me THANK YOU

I got a 9ft 6wt dragonfly expedition rod and reel with line brand new for 80.00
I wanted to get yours cause you have a few extras that i wouldnt mind haveing but some things came up i had to pay for then ended not haveing to pay for them just a big mis understanding then told that other guy on here he could buy it from you, so i screwed myself once again lol so i borrowed some money and got that setup after all sorry about the confusement saying i was gonna get it then ended up not getting it

wow..stop with the apologies...heheh  no big deal. It looks like i might be meeting up with dwg later today so its all good.
I hope you end up liking flyfishing as much as i do. I was a spin fisher for 20 years but have had a fly rod for the last few. This last season i decided that i was only going to fly fish all season and now I dont think I will ever go back to any other type of fishing. I also started tying my own as well.. and let me tell you there is nothing better or more exciting than catiching a fish on something that you made yourself. Thats truly fishing to me...

Fishing at Mill Lake should be good, as there was a lot of nice size hatchery bows released recently. Not sure if they know what "fly" means ...
