Went out to Peg Leg with my dad and on my second cast caught a 16 pound red spring. Was my first time ever catching a spring. Also caught 4 sockeye which was our limit. EASY fishing on Peg Leg. This was my dads and mine third time ever fishing for salmon.

Peg Leg is probally the most fished area on the entire river right now. Gong show doesnt even begin to describe it.

It's full contact fishing at Pegleg! lol. Actually if you drive across the water and out onto the gravel bar you can find a bit of space, but like maybe 10-20 feet between you and the next guy....but then you have to worry about the guys on the other side of the river snagging your gear too...
