Wet and dry flies.....dry floats on the surface....wet sinks

there are 2 basic fly lines...floating and sinking...when chronomiding some folks use a floating line-long leader-and an indicator(float)...some folks hang micro leetch patterns under indicators as well...the indicator allows for consistant accurate depths...most folk like to fish their flies within 1 foot from the bottom when indicator fishing..hope this helps a tad

Pick up a book titled The Gilly. It is arguably the Bible of fly-fishing and it is based exclusively on fly-fishing in British Columbia. You will have to pick one up used as it is no longer in publication.

k sweet thanks
