Is it a level wind or a fly rod?

I would try the Vedder. You can get a map from Freds Tackle in Chilliwack. The map (a little outdated) shows all the pools and good spots.

If you are using a level wind, you will fish exactly the same way as float fishing for COHO, except instead of waiting for the fish to bite your wool, you need to find (hunt) the fish, travelling from pool to pool. No need for more than 5-10 casts per pool.

Also, rubber worms and wool/jensen egg combos work well.

Remember to fish AWAY from the water, as opposed to IN the water, not to spook the fish.

Good luck.
