i went to chelhalis and caught 3 coho 2 were not very good and one was in nice shape, one thing really bothered me there today and it was this oriental guy sitting there and snagging the coho, he snagged 6 of them and walked out of there with all of them, i told him to stop it and he played this game with me like he couldnt speak english just pissed me off, I spend 7 hours and only get a couple he was there and walks out with an illegal limit and illegeal way of catching them and cant stand people like this

Needed some of that streamsidde justice perhaps? Seriously though, It is good that you at least said something, better than 90% of the guys out there or the "silent majority". If the guy pulls that no speaky english BS, like steeli said, there is ORR. Regardless of what happened, the authorities should be told. IMO, maybe some more evasive action needed to be taken, ie. face to face talk and maybe some fish tossing?? My two cents...

hey fishfreak..i think i know who you mean...that fellow is always there when i fish too...sits right near the channel opening...that is fustrating...next time tell the fellow at the hatchery. he'll talk ENGLISH! to him

yeah thats right he sits on the rocks by the opening and he is the only one there that has a bright orange rod and a massive coffe grinder for a reel you cant miss him
