Hi , i was just wondering if any of these rivers have good fishing going on right now. preferably for cutthroat trout, searun cutthroat, rainbows, salmon or even steelhead. i am looking more on near the mouths of the river where it connects with the ocean. when you pass massy tunnel from richmond and keep going, there is a beautiful river/creek near a bridge, or over a bridge i forget. does anyone know what river that is?
The Yak

hi there. the nicomekyl has been closed for fishing for a few years, serpentine was only open a couple of months and the little campbell is restricted fishing...opened closed opened closed....can't figure them out.

Serpetine is known for some good opportunities for cutts. Check regulations, but if I am not mistaken, you are allowed to keep 2 hatchery cutts over 30cm. Small boat might be helpfull.

Does anyone know if the mouth of the serpentine to the ocean , is any good for cutthroat? or is it saltwater there?

nickomeckel is not closed... or it wasn't last year.. it was catch and release only.
fish on

you cannot fish above the Little cambell hatchery only below it, never heard of any closures and the regs dont state it. Alot of it is on private land and one needs permision to fish on their property, a case of beer would get you on their land.Check out the little cambell hatchery run by semiamoo fish and game club as I am a member there, were always looking for new members and ANYONE is welcome to check out the facilities. There is a 6 foot sturgeon there in the pond behind the pump/hatchery house.KIds love it.

Where do you fish the campbell? behind the red barn area? on the other side of the elementary school?
I took a look down there in december, it was too low...
didn't look like much would hold, and much of it was frozen to boot. it should be in better shape, i'm wonderin if it's worth the look? and where?
