Author Topic: Heading out

I am thinking of packing up the 14' + 9.9 + electric and going for some brookies. I might try for some bows, but I really want to change it up and try for brooks. I think by this weekend the mosquitoes might be gone from Beaverdam laker in from 50 mile house? Has anyone been up in the Cariboo? Beaverdam is a low marshy lake and I have not been up there in along time, but the bugs can be wicked. On the way up I might try Frisken for Bows but I am not sure if winter kill happened with the mild winter we had. If not the bows could be big. Any suggestions would be cool.
