Brass and silver Colorado blades are popular choices. i have had success with Gibbs' spoons in blue and green.

Hey killer, def use the brass and silver colorado or the 1/2 silver and bass combo blade. The gibbs stuff is great but its very expensive at like 4.50 a snag. Build your own colorados and you will be out only 1.00 a snag. Ive hammer tons of coho with these. The gibbs croc is awesome and really steathy for fishing clear water and rapids, but again it just to expensive to be going thru 2 to 4 a day while out fishing.
