Was up at nitnat river last Friday, took FOREVER just to find one school, i ended up with nothing, had a few on. but im heading up this Friday, it is supposed to rain on thurs i was just curious as to how much rain it takes to take a posotive effect on the fishing, sorry if its a dumb question im only 15 and just starting fishing and i LOVE it.

usually for a river to rise it will take a decent amount a dowpour for one day or a steady rain for two to three days, thats only for smaller rivers, big ones need at least 1 week
