What tackle should I be using to try and catch salmon in and around Nanaimo. I have just returned to sport fishing and was not successful with my old gear.I am hoping that some of you fellow fishers might be able to give me some ideas of what color hoochies,flashers/dodgers and just whatever help you can offer. I am using downriggers, so depth is no problem. I await all your help. Thank you.
