i just started to fly fish im looking for some good patterns for coho and pinks maybe a few dogs as well.

single egg patterns are good. popsicles, shrimp patterns, classic wet salmon flies, there are so many.
heres a website where you can look at a few and check em out. Also go to your local fly shop and just ask them what the best patterns are for each species. For pink salmon anything pink works as long as it is size 2 hook or smaller

for salmon im fine, for trout i aint the best, loius will help you with all this extreme match the hatch stuff.

I have had allot of sucess using a "carrey special" for trout.

bare hook, sink tip, ultra stealth, gets them everytime.

That makes me sick.

It works doesn't it?

Whats da difference between two hatchery coho, one with a bare hook in its mouth and one with a hook dressed with colorful feathers in its mouth?

Da flash on da hook is enough to entice a bite most of da time.

you're MY hero

beakless 007 or whatever you call yourself, you should find something else to do if you cannot tell the diference between flagrantly snagging a fish and enticing it to bite.
you comments on various threads are not productive. an example is your comment on the rice lake thread.
in the past few years this site has seen many jerks. most go away.........please follow!
this site is for fishermen or those who want to learn how. if you have something constructivew to say stick around!
the comments from some of the others such as louis, stinkey finger and some others should serve as an example of constructive comments.

Louis Vuitton

What? What did I do? I'm confused.

nothing it. i complimented you louis for your great responses.
keep it up!

Hey 007. Go check your regs, you can't use a bare hook. Next time you do, let me know where you are going so that i can come and laugh my a** off when you get busted.

I hope that you do if you do this kind of b.s, as a matter of fact i hope they take all your gear along with the fine!!!!!!!!!!!!
