Two days ago I went fishing at Laidlaw Bar and landed few Socks but no Springs. The day was somewhat slow with only three springs having been pulled out for period of 12 hrs. Not only did I have a shitty day in fishing, but also had my car broken into. Six other cars were broken into and had their passenger windows smashed, just like mine. So, be aware of certain assholes out there. Not sure what they were after as nothing was stolen out of my car. All CDs, stereo and works remained untouched.
Today, however, was a different story. There was about dozen if not more fishermen and everyone had landed at least four Socks and almost everyone got a decent Spring out of it. I landed a 42 pounder and have lost another monster that snapped my 20 lbs leader after burning my thumb I was holding my main line on the reel with.
